Ilham Mammadzadeh attended the XIV Forum of Creative and Scientific Intelligentsia of the CIS member states

The XIV Forum of Creative and Scientific Intelligentsia of the Commonwealth of Independent States was held in Ashgabat on 15-16 May under the chairmanship of Turkmenistan in the "Common humanitarian space in the Union countries: dialogue in the field of culture, education and science".
About 200 representatives of the CIS countries, including prominent public figures, art masters, academics, heads of cultural institutions, science and education centers and media representatives attended the forum. Director of the Institute of Philosophy of ANAS, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Ilham Mammadzadeh also participated in the XIV Forum as part of the delegation of prominent Azerbaijani scientists, cultural workers, media representatives and non-governmental organizations. Participating as speaker of the Forum, Mammadzadeh made a report on "New silk way and cultural-historical ideologies".
